Spoke on the phone with a recruiter. She was 5 minutes late. She didn't seem to know what type of questions to ask, almost seemed new at her job. She had to cut our interview short because she had to hop into another meeting, then called me back an hour or so later. Couldn't really regain what we were discussing since she seemed like a lot was on her mind. After going over some basic questions, she told me she had to go on "Vacation" and that she would get back to me when she returns, which tells me "we aren't going to move forward"-classic recruiter rejection tactic. Got a rejected email with no explanation as to why the day she got "back" from her "vacation".
