I went through the same process, and DID get hired for Inside Sales Support. Within a month, I was moved to Customer Service, and had to work in a non-climate controlled Warehouse showing potential customers slabs. First of all, had I known then what I know now, I would have NEVER accepted the position as I had a breathing condition, which is now full blown Emphysema. The Silica Dust I was breathing in addition to the Warehouse climbing to temps over 100 degrees, I ended up quitting after 18 months, and even then, the "Head Honcho" from the Elk Grove, IL (I worked at that branch), continued to call me to tell me I really did not want to quit, offered to take me to lunch to discuss. They treated me like an animal, a month prior to me quitting, I complained about the 55 hour weeks, so they cut me to 35 hours, which at the crappy salary I was on didn't make sense to drive an hour each way, so I ended up getting hired elsewhere (very lucky). And THEN they tried to screw with my final paycheck. This is the worst possible Company to work for, and I have had several jobs, but this was my "hitting the bottom of the job barrel. I hope someone at MSI Corporate sees this because I am not afraid of them, and will put them on blast every chance I get!
