Scheduled an interview for Friday morning. On Thursday morning, I received a meeting invite for an All-team meeting at my current company that I could not miss. I immediately contacted the HR rep I was communicating with and asked to reschedule our interview and gave multiple other options. I was ghosted. Happy to see the culture exposed before even having to take an interview.
