Easy process overall. The first interview was quick and basic. The second interview was much more in depth. I was asked to talk about my selling ability and my customer service experience. I'm very comfortable talking so the conversation was very friendly and flowed easily. Be prepared to "prove" that you will be able to do the job.
First, I started out with a phone interview with recruiter followed by in person interview with district manager. At the time, there was no assigned branch manager so the standard process may vary from mine.

Why should we pick you over other candidates that are applying?
I applied on the website. us bank branch manager contacted me. i made appointment for the interview. i passed the interview. next interview is with district manager. but my first language is not English. so i failed the interview. but the interview is good experience.
Asked the appropriate questions. I felt comfortable and the manager was easy going and let his expectations be known. Make sure to ask a lot of questions about the position. My previous banking experience made it easier for me.
