The best interview I ever had and it was unconventional. At the end I felt like I knew what the people i would be working for were like and that I had a chance to show what type of person I was. Anyone can be taught the task. In an interview I look for signs that you are reliable- you manage your personal life so that you won't bring issues to work can you problem solve in a manner that allies with the company values. Will we fet along or bump heads.
