The first contact was made more than 6 months before the final interview was taken, generally it was OK but during the hiring process the director of the department has changed so the interview had to be taken once again and it took longer time. At first stage I had an interview with the dept. director and then with the teamleader. Strange but worked fine. Interviews was - as expected - about my expectations and previous experience.
