I was invited to a first round telephone interview about 1 week after completing the online application and tests. The interview lasted around 20 minutes. It contained competency and motivational based (why this role? why UBS in particular?) questions, as well as a couple of abstract maths puzzles. They asked me to "describe one complex project you led and how you handled it. What did you learn from this experience?"

Number of phone interviews with Traders and Sales on the phone. This was done after being contacted by their HR directly for the role. It felt early on like they had already decided on a candidate but had to fulfill some formality.
