1. Application- have to upload cv and answer three questions: why ubs? Why are you applying for the area? Basically asks questins whch should be found in the cover letter. Achievement you are most proud of.
2. SHL tests- numerial, logical
3. Phone interview- 15 minutes interview with HR representative
4. Assestment Centre

It was a comoetency based phone interview. I lasted 15minutes and I felt like the interviewer was not interested. Also i heard someone laughing in the background which was very unprofessional.
There were 30 minutes each with 2 sessions. 10 minutes each for you to ask questions. All behavioral questions. The interviewer is not very aggressive and are good at answering questions.

Online tests, group dinamics (should study the bank services, as m&a), specific test for research (pretty simple), an interview with two analists, with some market sizing questions and stocks questions, and a final interview with the head of the area
