You will be given a task that is submitted before the interview. E.g. describe a practice or a product from the year 2050. A week or more later you have to defend what you wrote in this task. I can really NOT recommend applying to this position since fulfilling the task will take a long time and the number of candidates applying is huge. They have a very bad preselection process and interview a huge number of people over weeks for only one or two temporary positions.
