Saw the posting online, emailed the supervisor directly. We scheduled a time, and I went to his office. The interview as informal and took about 15 minutes total. I was asked about my studies, why I was interested in this job. I asked what the day-to-day of the job looks like, if there was any uniform for the job, and why they were hiring. Since they needed someone quickly I was hired after the interview and started the following Monday.
