The hiring process was pretty lengthy. I applied online and around a week later I got a random call which lead to a lengthy phone interview. After being asked some behavioral questions I was asked to come in for an in-person interview (scheduled 2 weeks in advance). The in-person interview lasted around 2 hours. I had to 2 panel interviews with around 4-6 people and a 1-1 interview with the director. They asked a variety of questions, getting to know both my soft and hard skills.
