My biggest complaint is after each interview I have had I was ghosted. I was actually told by the hiring managers to reach out if I hadn't heard back, which I did. This has happened to me many times with this organization. When I reached out to recruitment, I would get the standard answer, I reached out to the hiring manager and if they decide to move forward with you they will reach out to you directly. Well, that hasn't happened at all for each job I was interviewed for. Very unprofessional!
