The initial screening call was a good experience. The technical and skills interview is almost impossible to comment on, as I was asked questions within questions, without being allowed to answer fully, and was constantly interrupted. I understand that this is a common "stress test", but to do this for nearly an hour is unprofessional and discourteous, especially when the ethos of the Institute is its people and respect.
