Applied online and it took over 2 months to get an offer to interview. Did a phone screening and the recruiter made me explain each position on my resume and why I left. Then proceeded to ask me how many years of experience I had. No other questions were asked. Felt like a waste of time when they could have just read my resume. Said I would hear by the end of week if I'll be moving onto the next round of interviews and got ghosted.
