      3 stage interview process with 3rd stage presentation based on HR internal system roll out. This presentation took a while for me to prepare and was thorough and checked through alongside my other project manager friends, the feedback I received was vague, clear they were looking for specific approach to the task, which can obviously be taught on the job. At the end of the day project management differs in different companies, but the key to an excellent candidate is the right skillset. I interviewed with HR - this was rushed and had no depth or emotion, I felt I was another checkbox exercise for her. I then interviewed with the 2 ladies that were senior project managers, they were lovely. Final stage was with the VP who was again a bit cold and just a bit harsh. It takes alot of time to carry out the presentation so I personally wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company

      Average Found the job on LinkedIn applied without a cover letter and was contacted to begin recruitment process which consisted of three stages: 1. phone screen with recruiter (30 mins) generic questions such as what do you know about the role, why do you want the role, salary expectations etc I was put through to round two on the spot. 2. Second interview with member of the project team (30 mins) More in depth questions about experience, how do you manage ambiguity, how do you manage people who have multiple competing priorities etc 3. Final round - presentation and interview with same project team member and VP (1 hour) Had to prepare a presentation based off a project brief they gave me. The brief was that there were 4 HR systems that were being transitioned to one, each legacy system had a different contract end date e.g. 3 weeks , 5 weeks etc you had to come up with a project plan and then outline the risks of the project and how you would mitigate them. The presentation was 20 minutes long with questions after the questions were difficult, what would you do if the timeline just couldn’t be met, what would be other indicators of success of the project, what motivates you etc. I think the project outline could have been clearer it was very vague. Overall I think the recruitment process was managed well and they were efficient setting up interviews the fact they were mainly 30 mins was a big plus. I waited a while with no result from the recruiter so followed up and then received feedback via email which was appreciated.
