Shadowed employee for 30 minutes then met with 3 supervisors who asked various questions on background and how it would benefit the job. They took turns asking questions. Only 4 or 5 questions were asked. They allowed me to ask them questions from the time I spent shadowing a current employee.

I have worked for UPS for 3 years at the time of the interview. I was called for an interview to transfer to another dept. I then interviewed w/a group of people for the job. They asked several questions, reviewed my resume and then it was over. Not to bad. They also let you job shadow someone else to make sure you want the position. Then I was offered the job about a week later...
