Applied online and submitted resume. Had to take an assessment on the Challenger sale as well as a logic test. Received a pre-screening phone call. After pre-screen, received a panel interview with one person from HR and the other a Supervisor. It was very similiar to STAR.

I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.

Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.

The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.
