Colloquio
I applied to Officer Training School in fall of 2007, beginning that process December of 2006 and actually going to basic training in June 2008. It is a very long process which includes a physical, Prerequisite general knowledge and flying aptitude test, as well as mountains of paperwork. You are then submitted onto a board where they make their selections out of thousands of candidates.

It's been too long since I had my interview with the LT from the recruiting squadron. I was relaxed for the most part, with a few questions about your history, why you want to be an officer, and what leadership means to you.

Describe a time when you had to make a hard decision concerning a subordinate?
The interview is basic training and isn’t too hard just a mental battle. There isn’t anything too difficult physically either, just make sure you are somewhat in shape and able to be in your feet
Recruiter wanted me and offered me an enlistment bonus and then let me picj whatever job I wanted. I ended up choosing to be an F35 pilot. He said that I could fly the F22 once I graduate college.
