I APPLIED FOR A RURAL CARRIER, DID THE BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST, WAITED FOR 2 months, and never heard anything. Then I applied for CCA, I heard from them within a week...you also have to take an assessment but I did mine a year before so I Didnt have to renew. Keep in mind the score determines your ranking on being hired on to the company prematurely. I received a email to come to an interview. It was a group interview. They Didnt ask any individual questions they pretty Much told u all the bad things(which are true) and we watched a video and then after that we left and maybe received a job offer 1 or 2 days later.. That interview is to let ppl eliminate themselves.. After that they send you training dates, and everything is negative that they tell u so get ready.
