The interview was easy, really just a test they have you do online that you have to pass to have a chance. It's a bunch of customer service situations you have to pick the best and worst responses to. What I didn't know is that you have to have 5 years of names, emails, and numbers for past supervisors for the security investigation. I had to decline the job offer because I didn't have that info due to having 3 jobs in Spring of 2020 that were lost due to the pandemic that I don't even remember the names of the companies of due to losing the job due to layoffs/shutdowns right after getting them. This means that I could not come up with the exact information needed for the security investigation and declined the offer rather than risk failing the investigation due to incomplete information. I'll reapply once Spring of 2020 is beyond the 5 year mark.

Can't remember exactly, but some were rewords of the same question. You had to pick the best and worst responses to them and 'pass' to be considered. Failing the test requires you wait a year before retaking it.

No interview . No drug test. Take easy assessment online then submit fingerprints and driving record. You don’t talk to anyone or see anybody face to face until after accepting the position . Emails come from different and weird sites so the hardest part is making sure you don’t miss an email.
