All over the phone, 3 interviews in total. I live in California and hey gave me the curtesy of doing all phone interviews. One was one on one the other two where a small panel of 2 and 3 people

The most difficult question the asked was to describe how I was a good fit for the company and why I liked the company, it was hard forme because it caught me of guard because I really didn't know anything about insurance companies.
