Before round 1 I confirmed my notice period is 45 days , then they took 3 rounds of interviews and then said client is not okay for 45 days. Mismangement and fooling client and candidate at it best.
Waste of time and leaves
Proceso de selección sencillo, transparente y rápido. Buena comunicación con el equipo de contratación y facilidades para dar seguimiento al proceso. Entrevista telefónica, posterior entrevista con Manager y entrevista final con cliente.

I had applied for the AI enabled Business Analyst job role through online. I had attended the Assessment through WeCP. Very poor communication part from their side. I have been following up since the test. But no update recieved. Would appreciate atleast a small update on the status. Highly disappointed.
