1. I interviewed through the website. 2. I then received an email 2 weeks later from a recruiter asking when I'd be free for a Skype call. 3. 1 week later we had the chat on Skype, with questions about my background and why i want to join Uber. 4. How soon I'm able to start and what salary margins i want. 5. During the call he said he'd recommend me to move forward and then sent me the analytical test link. 6. I did the test the next morning and submitted it. 7. Roughly 10 minutes after informing the recruiter I was done via email, he replied that I've moved on. 8. Asked when I'm available to meet with the rest of the team, I replied with the dates. 9. That's the stage I'm in now, waiting to be told when to go for the face to face interview.

The process was smooth and professional overall. First spoke with a recruiter, followed by a video interview focused on operations, problem-solving, and communication skills. Interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly. The process moved fairly quickly.
