pproduct situational questions `what would you do if...'. Team management questions as well as leading with constant change of priorities, brand vision questions, competitors. My advice is to prepare strategies and action plans before the interview how can the brand achieve growth in the market and position as brand leader.

HR interviewer was quite friendly although didn't know much about the exact responsibilities of the person they were looking for. Then they sent a task which I completed easily. I waited for 3 weeks and didn't get any feedback and decided to contact them myself and ask for an update. The HR girl wrote me that the headcount was filled by an internal transfer. Well, even in such cases, I should have been contacted and informed accordingly.

Heard back from recruiter after applying for the job on Linkedin and had a great phone interview with him. At the end of the interview, he said he would discuss with hiring team and get back to me. A few days later I received a canned email response saying thank you for applying but we are moving on to other candidates, the same canned response you would get when you apply and are rejected right away.

Applied online and got an email on the same day to schedule an interview, chose the next available time slot (nearly 1 week after the email). Then, on the morning of the interview date got a cancelation notice that the position has been filled. Highly unprofessional.
