Went well very nice people with a lot of good questions. Straight and to the point regarding experience and situations. Come prepared to discuss your negotiation and closing skills and how you have used it in the past.

I interviewed with the Uber Eats team, and the recruiters were very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. My next interview was with the Hiring Manager, and I had a great conversation learning more about the role and discussing how my skills and experience could be a strong benefit to the team. Overall, it was a great interview experience. However, I was not selected to move forward, and the feedback I received was that I did not answer the situational questions using the STAR method. I found this a bit confusing because, from my understanding, the Hiring Manager did not ask any behavioral or situational scenario-based questions during the interview. That said, I still appreciate the opportunity and the positive experience throughout the process.
