The most awkward first face-to-face interview I have ever had in my life. It was for the Montreal office. While I was waiting in the waiting room, I already received some bad side-way look from one of the female managers as they arrived in the meeting room for the interview to start. I had a bad impression at that moment. I was right. I was there for an exchange, not for some conflict. I felt that she never stopped trying to make me understand that I would never have a career with her team. I felt she just never liked my face in first place. Very mean in the way she spoke. The other manager spent the whole time looking down her paperwork. If you just don't like my resume why bother book an interview with me? time consuming.
