The interview process was a very formal round. 1 Phone interview, 1 face to face interview with a HR counselor and 1 face to face interview with my future boss and the department director. 1 written quiz/life experience paper was also submitted between the 2 face to face interview. Not a lot of room for negotiation on salary and vacation. It more a take it or leave it.
