Had good phone screen with VP. Completed very weird math and psyche tests prior to in person interview and then on day of in person. People at front desk, HR and recruiters were nice. Interviewer manager late an hour. Get an idea of what my position will be like from this. Another manager steps in to apologize. Asks some questions. Complains about support. Orignially scheduled person steps in and asks a barrage of technical questions from a list as to make up for lost time. Third manager interupts second one. Tells me he was hired 3 months ago. He seems like he has the run of the place. Very arrogant. Asks loaded questions. 3 interviews set for 2 hours are squeezed into less than one hour. Third one rudely reminds second one they had to run to a meeting (wrap this up, this guy won't work out). Get feedback later from recruiter that I was "too confident". I was being polite. Not offered role. Very screwed up. I see why the company "hides" where it is from(mundeline, gurnee please)

"How did you have the time to complete several degrees in a few years? "
You have to complete 3 online assessments, then go in person to one of their offices to complete 2 more assessments, all before interviewing someone virtually. This is just for the fist round.
Video call with the hiring manager but can be in person if you are located nearby, they asked basic questions about work experience and technical skills and how it relates to the role you are applying to.

Uline embarked on an Oracle ERP transformation they hire Oracle talents. They do have legacy systems for their core business functions and use Oracle ERP as Database for financials reporting and inventory visibility. With conservative background you need to be full formals for interview and everyday work life as well.

Most of them did not know Oracle or ERP, its fairly easy to convince them for consultants with 5+ years of experience.
