I applied on a Saturday on LinkedIn. I was contacted on the following Monday about scheduling a phone interview for that Thursday. When that Thursday arrived, the HR manager just wanted to get to know me and make sure that I’m a fit for the company and role. After the phone call, I was called about an hour and a half later being invited to an in person interview the following day (Friday). I made my way to the Dallas location and proceeded to interview with about five hiring managers; with the first interview entailing two arithmetic tests with another candidate in the room with you. The remaining interview’s encompassed hiring managers and them asking questions about myself and how it could apply to the company. Once the end of the interview came, I was told that I would be called on the progress of my candidacy. I was then called on that following Monday and verbally offered the job.

Got my first interview out of the way, expecting a notification for my second interview and hoping to get hired and start work, definitely in love with the facility and feels like there are great opportunities. Interviewer was super nice and actually took her time to talk to me and give me insight on the role and process.
