Process took about a week. I got a phone call to come in and do an interview by one of the managers she asked super basic questions and asked about me and what my future plans are and I was was then asked to come in for a second interview with the boss that same week. I got hired on the spot at my second interview. Mostly situational questions.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
