Very relaxed and conversational. The questions were basically geared toward learning your management style and seeing a relationship between you and ULTA. Be ready to describe situations and how you handled them.

Online & ghosted there’s a very quick start in the beginning but then after the first interview, I was completely ghosted and I emailed twice with zero communication back, the interviewer was very kind and polite, but the frustration was all through the lack of communication
