interview asking from previous employer, ability to work in a team, able to handle students, able to construct ship model using solid works version 6.4 with dfmea change of segment

so far it is not professional at all...I applied online after they announced an opening position... it took about 4 months to call for interview...they asked for face to face only....s I travelled about 700km to attend the meeting. the pannel was the dean and 3 head of departments/deputy dean and HR officer. there were 3 more candidates...but with different positons interview went smooth...but again I did nt hear back from them ....neither positive nor negative response regarding the interview results. I tried to email the HR and the dean...to follow up about the status...but NO REPLY! Well...I guess it is kind of ethical commitment for UniKL to inform me about the interview result...especially after attending interview
