Initial interview with department heads within functional group. Second interview included full day interview with department heads in other functional groups - typically 45 minutes. Some of these were by phone for remote management to participate in the process. All interviews were highly professional. This second interview process included off-site lunch with key personnel and discussions about personal goals and interests.
