Lots of eq, iq tests, pre recorded interview.
Was invited to a final round discovery center and was told last minute that me and the rest of the west coast candidates would be rescheduled to next week due to the fact that they didn't want to make us wake up very early. Then was completely ghosted despite numerous follow up emails and calls. Extremely unprofessional.

Colloquio
I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
CV => Screening test => Digital interview (Digital assessment center followed by interview) => Offline assessment center => Final interview
