They have four stages in the application process. First, Online Application. This is where you will fill out all of the information needed. Second, Profile Assessment. In this process, you will be undergoing 12 short online games to assess your different areas of abilities. Third, Digital Interview. This is where you will solve real world problems depending on the field that you applied to. It consists of 3 hypothetical questions and 2 case studies which will really test your skills and knowledge towards the field you will be in.

Online hiring process - submitted an application via LinkedIn and then through their site. Quick application. Immediately got into the Cognitive Assessment round - 3 computer games designed to test your IQ. Nothing you can really prepare for. Got results back immediately to complete a Digital Interview - not sure what the process is for that one yet. Very quick and easy process so far. (no offer or result yet)
