      After 2 step election, the last interview was held as a round table simulated discussions. We 6 candidates examined some printed docs or excel/word files for a given duration (10-30 minutes) and then presented or discussed our findings to end up with a common solution while 6 interviewees were observing us along the whole day. For some topics we were assigned a specific role and were asked to be involved in discussions with these roles. At the end of the day, the last interview was made with out real self and then a comprehensive feedback regarding our attitudes and performance were given.

      A tight production schedule was enforced by the top management but it contradicts with the current plan. We have certain tasks that have been already planned and need to be realized, a limited amount of work force and some limitations. Present and explain how you will manage it.

      The process is relatively straightforward compared to other MT selection processes I’m familiar with. The first step is a digital interview, and the questions here are generally simple and quite generic. The real challenge comes during the FGD and individual assessment, which are both conducted on the same day. This can feel quite intense because you’re given two cases to work on within a short time frame. The cases differ depending on the function you choose, and they are usually aligned with current trends in the FMCG landscape. The final stage is the VP interview, which focuses more on your personal background and whether you’re a good cultural fit for the company. At this point, if you don’t pass, it’s usually not because of capability, but more about ensuring there isn’t a mismatch in working style or cultural alignment.
