Colloquio
Applied through Monster, got a call next day asking to go to an interview. Got to the store, waited for like 15 minutes until someone actually came out to start the group interview.
After this, they took 3 of us to a small room to conduct the interview. Only apply if you can commit at least 5 years to them, they gave the impression they don't want anyone short term (12 months). I'm a recent graduate and wanted a job to support me through summer and up until christmas....felt like they judged me on my field i'm graduating in which ultimately led to me not getting it.
They said they'd contact me by 5pm on the same day for their decision, haven't heard anything since!
After the initial application, there was one telephone interview followed by one in-person interview.
The telephone interview tested my motivation for joining the company and what I love about the brand. The final interview focussed more on experience and what skills would make me suitable for the role.
Some stores have an assessment centre as part of the application process but I have not sat one.

Colloquio
Group interview where they go through a bunch of scenarios and some of them you have to get up and present in front of everyone, its maybe like 30-50 people in each group.

Colloquio
The interview process consisted of a group interview with four candidates present. There were two staff members conducting the session, including a manager.
The session began with a short introduction round where each candidate presented themselves. We were then given group tasks and situational exercises. These involved discussing different scenarios and explaining how we would handle them in a retail environment. The focus seemed to be on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Overall, the interview was interactive and centered around collaboration and how candidates approach customer service situations.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Q: How would you handle a situation where a customer needs assistance, but you are in the middle of closing tasks?
We were also given a practical group task where we had to collaboratively fold T-shirts and organise them efficiently. This exercise seemed to assess teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
