Submitted resume first, then contacted for phone interview. Past the first round, was invited to interview in the office with about a half dozen other candidates. Had two interviews with managers and then lunch with other pricing analysts and candidates, during which we were invited to ask them anything. So basically another interview by your would-be teammates. They were all very nice. DId not get to experience full process as I received and accepted another offer around the same time.
