The entire process took about 4 months. I completed the in-person interview event yesterday and felt it was well organized. There were about 20 people in the group. During the event, we completed 2 activities: a small group activity and an individual interview with a recruiter. At the end of the individual interview there will be a reach test. The minimum reach requirement is 82 inches in bare feet. You are permitted to stand on your tip toes. I was asked 4 questions in my individual interview. I enjoyed the group activity and the recruitment team holding the event was very nice and very excited to have us there.
We were informed that successful candidates should hear next steps in 5 to 7 business days beginning with an enhanced background check and drug test to be done within 48 hours. After that, pending successful results on those steps, a training class will be assigned. Training is 6.5 weeks and held in Houston. Accommodations, transportation, and a stipend are provided. We also had a very informative Q&A session at the beginning of the event. I didn't get an offer, but I met many nice people.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
