The process was cool. No stress it was an interview & as long as you have had interviews in the past them you're fine. Just prepare yourself I persona watched youtube videos, & did a lot of googling. I was interviewed in Houston on March 2, 2015. Like 6 days ago still no response. Good luck to you all. Don't get caught up in what previous interviewers say. It seems to me the process is always changing.

How would you handle a dispute with between you & a coworker?

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
