I applied through a staffing agency who got me an interview in a week time. I only went through one round of in-person group panel interview with the hiring manager, UXers and VD. The interview lasted three hours, started with a presentation of my portfolio with Q/A on my process and skills. Then, they gave me a 30mn competitive analysis exercise to perform on-site on my own, which I had to present to the whole team.
