I applied on 8/10/15 and within 2 days I got the email that invited me to a video interview. Now I went through this process before with the same airline.. and I didn't get the job. I look at it as a warmup. this is something I REALLYYYY want and I refuse to give up. I now have a better understanding of what they are looking for and everything everyone has been saying is true.. be yourself and let the card fall here they may. I will be doing my video interview either today or tomorrow. wish me luck as I will the same for you all ! 🙏🏾

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
