Very chill exprience. Follwo instructions and show them that you wont to be a mechanic with them and they will reward you. Interviews are done in Houston they will fly you out and provide a hotel. Most people recieve an offer on the spot.

Firstly I would like to talk about the invitation of interview. The email said I was invited to select a slot. But the truth was, there was only one slot and no other available dates. I captured the screen and sent an email to the recruiting team and told them I was booked (and it was a medical appointment!), what I got was an automatic reply, saying there was no further action was required. In the next couple of days, I got the same email popping up and forcing me to select that slot. I am unemployed, and I don't want to miss that. Unfortunately, I have to risk my health to reschedule my medical appointment to attend the interview. If there was only one session, the team should have replied to the email and told the candidate. It is very disrespectful to ignore the candidates' enquiry. The session said it was from 9 am to 1 pm, but the recruiting said I had to arrive by 8 am and the interview session would last until 2 pm. I would like to know if the recruiting team was not intelligent to write the interview session from 8 am to 2 pm. That's very disgraceful and disrespectful to candidates.

Straightforward interview process. Took about 1 month. Had to do written test before practical/interview. After passing written test, the process was fast. They scheduled practical and interview very quickly.
