I applied and got invited to a video interview the next day. They gave me 5 days to submit the interview and i submitted on the 3rd day. It was my first ever video interview session and I was extremely nervous so it didn't go as smoothly as I had wanted. I did my research on glassdoor and surprisingly, the questions and tips are on point. I received an email that evening saying they'd already chosen their potential candidates.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
