There process is a phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager, interview with the department head, and a possible interview. Found out I was rejected in favor of internal candidate only after hounding the recruiter for some sort of response.

Great, took a while to receive official offer letter but smooth process. Had 4 rounds of interviews. Had an excel and strategy test. Met with different levels of titles, from analysts to managing directors.

The interview process was quite simple, only 2 rounds: 1 with the manager and 1 with a broader team. Great conversation, interesting questions. I felt good during the interview, they asked quite a few follow-ups about my previous experience, but I answered them without a problem
