Application detailing whereabouts of the last ten years...video interview to completed within 5 business days...email invite to group interview; you can choose the date and they'll provide you a complimentary flight to the location the day before; you must provide your own food and hotel accommodations. You'll attend a group info session then recruiters will pick you off one by one for interviews. There are 3 interviews but you can be cut after he first. If you make it to the third interview you may get an offer or you'll receive notification within 5-7 business days.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
