I went to my F2F interview in San Fransisco on 3/8. It was a great experience!!! They fly you out the evening before so you can get to your hotel of choice and prepare and get ready for the morning. I stayed 2.6 miles from the airport at the Hotel V. Highly recommend it for the price plus a free shuttle to and from SFO! I left at 7am so I had plenty of time because the directions sounded confusing. Just read very carefully and it's very quick. You wait in the building with the other interviewees before 8:30 on the dot. There were only 6 that day!!! They give you a short presentation about the job and a video on what they want in a flight attendant.
Then you are called 1 at a time to a one on one with a recruiter, mine was an extremely nice gentleman who was smiling the whole time. Most questions were from this site and a role play scene. Then you are asked to go into another room if you made it to round 2.
I believe round 2 was actually easier for me. There were 2 head recruiting bosses who asked a lot of questions pretty fast but if you are prepared its not bad at all. Then they ask you to wait out in the hallway, i only did for about a minute. Then they stood up and offered me the CJO!! Then you did paperwork (dont forget a passport) and were sent to a drug test.
My flight wasnt until 9:30 that evening and i wanted to explore the city, but if you want to leave earlier they say you can ask to hop on an earlier flight if you want. I personally checked my bags after the drug test, changed, and hoped on the BART system down to fishermans wharf!

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
