Online application, written test then panel interview. The online application was through www.inspira.un.org. Approx one month later, I was sent an email asking me to prepare for a one hour timed written test. Following this, I was asked to interview over the phone to a panel of three people located in various places. The phone line was bad and I couldn't hear the panel very well. Despite mentioning this, the interview went ahead but conditions were far from perfect.
