After having submitted my resumé and cover letter through the online Inspira portal, I did not hear back for a year. Eventually I received an email asking if I was still interested and inviting me to a telephone interview. I was grateful they had kept me in their system because I was still interested. The interview lasted around 20 minutes and was mainly about me, my skills, my motivations for applying, my activities - basically to find out how much I wanted the role, why I wanted and if I could do well in it. I was interviewed by the head of the social media team.
