I was first contacted to do a written test which included test of excel skill, financial analysis as well as making recommendations based on scenario given. Thereafter, it was an interview with a penal of three, plus an HR representative. The interview was 45 min and included mostly behavioral questions where I was asked to answer questions by giving the scenario, what I did and what was the outcome. It was pretty straightforward.
